The Greatest Teachers

The greatest teachers is our Mistakes, because we realize the things we should not do. We all commit mistakes because no one in this world is perfect, only Christ is.

Some mistakes are funny and some mistakes are not.
For students the most common mistake is grammar, because they don't usually see their mistake while writing, but grammar is not always easy even someone fluent in English can commit mistakes. I realized that even a pilot section student has mistakes in grammar.

There are some mistakes that I hate doing, like stupid mistakes because some stupid mistakes don't teach you a lesson, and sometimes stupid mistakes hurt.
Mistakes should be always avoided, so that we don't have to repeat something that we did.

We make mistakes everyday, and we also learn everyday, mistakes are beneficial but not always

Another Friendly Battle...

Finally the day came,

last monday was the start of our foundation week in our school,
It started with a parade in the neighborhood then after that the Field demonstration was held.
Our class was assigned for ballroom, during the field demo I was nervous but serious, because I don't want the Fourth year students to win,
Then because long hours of hard-work, we won the Field demo for best in ballroom, we thanked the judges and our teachers for being fair this time,
because the past few years the fourthyear always takes home the bacon, But its nice to feel like a winner even if its temporary.

For me the Foundation week this school year wasn't as fun as last year, because the booths and events were fewer and the prizes also. But even though it was a bit fun and exciting, because we won at some events.

At sports everyone was giving there best in Basketball, Badminton and Volleyball, In Badminton our "doubles" team lost but at least we had fun during the game.
While in volley ball our team won because every game we pray first before we compete. I guess that led us to win.
some of us lost their voices because of cheering too much.

I guess this Foundation week is worth remembering, for all the hard-work and all the good times we had.

And once again, GO JUNIORS!!!

In HIS own Image

Why is there hatred between people with different colors, like blacks and whites?
Is it necessary? or is it just plain Racism?

There are many discriminations between races, for example in the U.S. before If you're black you're deadmeat.

because whites thought that blacks are born criminals and need to be persecuted, So they kill them.

But now in the U.S. they have their own Black President; Barrack Obama.

Once I asked my Dad If Filipinos are discriminated in Canada, he said No and Yes, No, because Canadians think of Pinoys as Hardworking and Friendly. Yes. because other Filipinos that have been there long enough puts other Pinoys down, because they're new to that community.

When I was little people teased me "small" or sometimes "big nose", but I don't mind because that's how GOD created me. And I know that my faults will be gone when I grow up,
just like the
"Ugly Duckling".

We humans should look at ourselves before we look at others. Noticing only the faults of others is a sin because we are all created In GOD's image, He created us special and unique, GOD spent precious time in creating us, that's why we should stop discrimination. because we are all sons and daughters of GOD.

discrimination is hard to control because a lot of people say bad things to one another, but
next time you see an unfortunate person, look at your own faults first and don't even think about teasing them.

Going back to the Heart of Worship

Have you ever felt useless?

I did,

I was broken before, my life was meaningless
and I kept putting myself down as possible.
I hurt, and say bad words to myself, and my
only reason was "I'm a failure".My grades were low,
I always get referral slips and was under provision at school.
I was also an irresponsible son and a worthless brother.
I felt like trash, and was treated as one too.
At this period all I wanted was Deathbecause it was
the easiest way out.

Then a few days passed my mom noticed me
and asked, Whats my problem,
I answered back a question: Why am I still alive and suffering all these problems?,
then she scolded me and gave me advice,
She said ; even if you feel worthless, You are valuable to the Lord.
I paused and taught of the wrong things I've done,
I felt guilt and realized that "Life can put us down but we
can choose whether to get back up, help oneself and Lord will Help us".

Now I'm back to that life where I feel useless, but now I'm choosing to make things Right. :)
